How can I return my order?
The free return label is included in your package. If it is not there, please contact our customer service at shop@indicode.com to receive a new one. Please remove all labels from the package or make them unreadable before returning.
Please note that we have no influence on how long it takes for your return to reach us. Depending on the shipping service provider, this can take 5–7 business days. You can track your return yourself at any time with your proof of delivery. Once the package has been received by us, we need about 2–3 business days to process and refund your order.
The item does not meet my expectations. How can I complain about it?
If you are not satisfied with an item or would like to make a complaint, we are happy to help. However, please note: screen representations may vary slightly in color from the original, and since we further develop our collections every six months, there may be small differences in seam or fabric composition. Slight pulled threads are normal and not a direct reason for complaint.
If you don't like an item, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery , as long as it is unworn, undamaged and fully labeled.
For genuine complaints, please send us your order number and meaningful photos to shop@indicode.com. We will then examine the case individually within the framework of the legal provisions.
