How does purchase on account with Klarna work?

The principle is simple: From the invoice date, you usually have 30 days to pay your invoice.
You only pay once you have received the goods.
You shop at your leisure, complete your order, and check the products comfortably at home.

The invoice will be sent either by email, separately by post, or together with the goods, depending on the respective retailer.
You can view all your invoices at any time here or in the Klarna App.

If you are not satisfied with your goods, you can "report a problem" in the Klarna App to pause your invoice until you have resolved your issue with the retailer.

 

Good to know: You can find the payment due date or payment information for your invoice at any time here or in the app. Easily check in the app if your payment has been received for your invoice. We recommend making all your payments directly in the Klarna App to avoid possible incorrect transfers or reminders.
